ReadTheCurb helps you interpret parking signs and rules using AI analysis of photos you upload. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional advice.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
Parking signs can be confusing, contradictory, or outdated, and AI analysis is not perfect. We do not guarantee that results from the Service are accurate, complete, or up to date. You are solely responsible for verifying parking rules and for any decision you make about where to park.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes, and not to upload photos containing personal information about others, copyrighted material you don't have rights to, or content that is offensive, harmful, or unrelated to parking signage.
Photo Uploads & AI Analysis
Photos you upload are sent to a third-party AI service to be analyzed and are not stored or retained by ReadTheCurb. See our Privacy Policy for more detail on how this works.
Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Anthropic's Claude API for photo analysis and Google AdSense for advertising. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these third-party services.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReadTheCurb and its creator are not liable for any parking tickets, towing fees, fines, vehicle impoundment, or other damages or consequences arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Always use your own judgment when deciding where to park.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
